Ongoing After School Travel Arrangements 2026

Use this form to record your child’s usual after-school travel arrangements for each day of the week.

This form is for permanent changes only. For temporary day-to-day changes, please use the Travel Arrangement Update form on our website.

Bus Travel Information

Choose this option if your child will usually travel home by bus after school.

Please select the relevant bus option in the table above. If you would like your child to travel by bus, please contact the bus provider directly using the details below for route information. You may also view bus routes using the State Growth Bus Route App.

Your child will only be added to a bus list once this form has been acknowledged by the School Office.

All bus services are privately operated and are not run by the school.

Travel Home Independently

Choose this option if your child is permitted to leave school independently by walking or riding home.

Walk to Church carpark

Choose this option if your child is permitted to leave the classroom and walk to the church carpark for collection.

Collected outside classroom

Choose this option if your child will be collected outside their classroom. Students should wait in the eating area outside their classroom. Older siblings may walk to their younger sibling’s classroom.
